Diptych of extroflexions in acrylic and fabric on mdf. The red specimen measures cm. 53x40, height 17, the black specimen measures cm. 40x50, height 18.
In this diptych, I want to highlight the plasticity and conceptual nature of my work. Two opposing segments seem to meet in space, their great force pushes them out of the place assigned to them by formal logic and tradition of style but they challenge the conjectures of symmetry and staticity, trying to overturn their condition.
Extroflexion from my point of view.
Extroflexion is for me an opportunity, it allows to explore new ways and dimensions of art. This particular form of artistic expression becomes in these years the meeting point between sculpture and abstract painting, resulting in the main experimental testimony and avant-garde research. From a philosophical point of view, extroflexion can represent the exploration of new dimensions and points of contact between this and other realities.
This work is ready to hang and is made with top quality materials. The support is made of an "mdf" panel, a stable and durable material, the fabric is colored with quality acrylic colors and resistant over time to UV rays.
The work is accompanied by a signed photographic certificate, attesting to all the technical characteristics.
Particular attention and care is dedicated to the packaging, which consists of three layers of protection:
Bubble wrap is used to wrap the painting, which is then placed in a high-density polystyrene box, the whole thing is covered with a final layer of cardboard, ensuring transportation without unpleasant surprises.
The color is made up of my own particular mixture of pigments and other top secret ingredients, the result of years of research, which give my works of art unique extroflexed characteristics. The color is satin, uniform and very bright, the surface is slightly orange peel and velvety.
My research is based on the idea of creating real light sculptures, which can offer ever-changing sensations and points of view, depending on the shapes used, the lighting conditions and the position in which the work is observed, that is, opera music.
