The why and the how.

“ 2017 – 2022 Journey in search of beauty”,

represents the path of studies and artistic research that in these 5 years has seen my stylistic sensitivity evolve. A sort of journey towards the search for beauty, beauty, understood as an ideal of pure emotion, inner research and instinctive journey towards well-being.

This is how I wanted to understand the meaning of this initiative, which for me, on the threshold of 52 years, represents above all an opportunity to take stock and make new resolutions.

Describing the artistic language of each painter, sculptor, or poet is a complex and articulated matter, for this reason I wanted to create a visual and emotional path, which aims to transport the interlocutor into a simple, colorful, intuitive and above all open world.

The event will consist of an exhibition of my past and recent works ranging from action painting to abstract expressionism, arriving at the theme of kinetics, through the vision of some extroflexed canvases, inspired by the spatialist movement, then, by some abstract sculptures and finally, by some experimental, luminous bas-reliefs, which evolve the theme of passive kinetics of the past, through the use of an active light source, becoming itself the protagonist of the aesthetics of the work.

From a performance point of view, during the days of the event, I will try my hand at creating a painting that will have the aim of involving the visitors and expressing with the language of signs and colors the emotions felt during the experience.
